Dr Paul Bryant PhD BSc(Hons) MBA CEng MIFireE MIET
Founding Partner
Paul is best known for his work in developing the concept of robust fire strategies around the world. He wrote British Standard Specification PAS 911 in 2007 and more recently authored his much acclaimed book "Fire strategies - strategic thinking".
Paul formed his own business Kingfell in 1995 and grew it to a multi-million fire one stop shop before changing direction. In his earlier career Paul was Head of Fire Engineering for London Underground. Before that, he worked for the Loss Prevention Council and Fire Offices' Committee.
He is a Chartered Fire Engineer, Member of the Institute of Fire Engineers and liveried member of the Worshipful Company of Firefighters. Paul was named in the top 5 of most influential persons in fire safety by IFSEC Global for 2018. He is currently completing a doctorate in fire safety engineering, in Poland.
Dr Nicole Hoffmann PhD BSc (Hons) CEng FIFireE

Nicole is regarded by many as one of the best fire safety engineers in her field. With an inate ability to problem solve even the most complex issues, she has been involved in major projects around the world for over 20 years. Most recently, she has the role of "fire engineering guru" for the London Waterloo enhancement project.
Nicole has a special interest in tunnel fire strategies and has been involved with projects from Europe to the Far East. She is a Chartered Fire Engineer, Fellow of the Institute of Fire Engineers and liveried member of the Worshipful Company of Firefighters.
Anthony Hanley
Founding Partner
Tony’s extensive fire systems engineering experience stems back over 30 years. He is knowledgable on a broad range of system technologies for fire detection & suppression. Tony is a serving volunteer Director, voted by the membership of the Fire Industry Association, and is portfolio Director for training and development, having chaired the finance committee for 6 years previously. Tony is well versed in the linkage between RR(FS)O and effective fire strategies. He is a liveried member of the Worshipful Company of Firefighters
